• Phone Number: Used solely for direct communication with your walker regarding service.

• Email Address: This is optional and used only if you choose to provide it for communication.

Dog Information

We also collect information about your dog(s) to provide the best care, including:

• Name
• Breed
• Age & Weight (Optional)
• Special needs or notes
• Photos (Optional)

Usage Data & Location Data

During a walk, we collect the walk's route to provide you with a detailed report. This includes:

• GPS coordinates of the walk path ("Route Data").
• Timestamps and locations of events during the walk (e.g., poo/pee breaks).

This data is collected only while a walk is actively in progress via the walker's device.

Decentralized Features & Third-Party Payments

Our Service is designed to be a facilitator. We do not process payments directly. When you use payment links for services like Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Zelle, or Stripe, you are interacting directly with that third-party service, and you are subject to their privacy policy. We do not see, process, or store any of your financial information. Our contact features similarly connect you directly with your walker, minimizing the data stored within the app itself.

Data Retention and Deletion

We believe you should have control over your data. In the event that you are removed as a client from the app, we are committed to deleting all records of your personal information from our database. This includes your name, contact information, and any associated walk history, ensuring no trace of your personal info is retained in our system.

Security of Data

Your information is securely stored using Firebase, a platform by Google. While no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, we rely on Firebase's robust security measures to protect your data.
